Description

At the time this photograph was taken, Crawford Square was known as Central Square. In this image, looking south towards South Main St., the Soldiers' Monument (or GAR Monument) can be seen on the left. On the far right, the First Congregational Church's wrought-iron fence and its parsonage next door can be seen. At the bottom of the image, a caption reads "N. 4177, Central Sq. looking South, Randolph, Mass." The back of the card has a message to Miss Miriam Libby of Groveland, MA, from her father.
