Description
In 1942, Randolph citizens, spearheaded by the schools, held a scrap drive to support America's war effort in World War II. This image shows three men on North Main St., by the Maguire/Brennan Estate, posing by a truck with a bed completely filled with tires and other scrap. A liquor store can be seen in the background on the left side. The man wearing a suit is Randolph Theatre owner Ed Brady.
