Included in the photo are (front row, L to R) Edward Brocken, Tom Boyle, George McMullen, Jack McMahon, Morris Scanlon, (back row, L to R) Charles Powderly, William Dennehy, Wlliam P. Sullivan, a unknown man, Edward Crosby, and Farrell Kane. This group of men was on an outing to Neary's Mountain, a popular recreation spot at the time. As of 2020, a Showcase Cinemas location on Route 139 stands where the mountain was.
