"Greetings from Randolph, Mass." linen view card: lake view with hills and pink flowers

This color "linen view card", made of textured paper with high rag content, was part of a "Colourpicture" series featuring different picturesque drawings. This card has an image of a lake with a tree and a grassy area with pink flowers in the foreground and several hills in the background. The subject of the image may have been Great Pond or one of Randolph's other lakes, or it may have been an invented scene. The card has the number "11701" in the bottom right corner. The back of the card has a message to Mrs. Victor Cleaveland of Beverly, MA, from F. Choate.
