Soldiers and floats in the Welcome Home parade
Description
This parade in October 1919 welcomed soldiers home from overseas after World War I. This photograph is taken on North Main St. looking south from around Short St. as the parade marches north. The first soldier in the picture, next to the float, is Martin E. Young; the soldier behind him is Marshall Leavitt.
